EASST’s partner organisation in Georgia, the Partnership for Road Safety Foundation, met with the mayor of Gori City and the Gori youth organisation ‘It’s Time’ on the 22nd January 2016 to sign a memorandum of understanding regarding the project “Gori – A Clean and Safe City”.
The meeting participants initiated cooperation and discussed future project proposals for promoting road safety and cleanliness in Gori. EASST Advisor and Director of the Partnership for Road Safety, Gela Kvashilava, shared information about sustainable transportation development and hosted a discussion around future project suggestions for the youth group designed to promote road safety in Gori.
