Join the third International Child Road Safety Forum in Argentina
The third International Child Road Safety Forum (FISEVI) will be held on June 12 and 13, 2018, in Buenos Aires, in the context of the National Road Safety Week in Argentina.
After organizing the previous editions in Uruguay (2014) and Chile (2016), the Fundación Gonzalo Rodríguez expects more than 250 participants for the forum´s third edition to be held at The Brick Hotel Buenos Aires – MGallery by Sofitel de Buenos Aires, hosted by the Ministry of Transport of the Nation, through the National Road Safety Agency of Argentina.
FISEVI will be the most important event within the National Road Safety Week Argentina, gathering more than 20 speakers from different national and international organizations presenting topics focused on safe systems, a new concept in Road Safety stating that road fatalities are not only responsibility of users, but also of designers and builders. This shared responsibility paradigm aims at human errors not resulting in fatalities.
FISEVI 2018 will feature plenary sessions and parallel sessions presented as workshops. In this edition, a call was opened for road safety experts from different contexts to make presentations focused on safe child mobility for the forum´s parallel sessions. Speakers were selected from 59 candidates from 17 countries by a committee composed of the Fundación Gonzalo Rodríguez and the National Road Safety Agency.
