EASST Supporters
The work of EASST is made possible with the support and partnership of these organisations.
Kier Group plc is a leading property, residential, construction and services group which operates across a range of sectors including defence, education, housing, industrials, power, transport and utilities. Kier Group have partnered with EASST on a range of projects aimed at reducing waste and donating much needed equipment to EASST’s road safety projects. Kier and EASST were awarded a Green Apple Award for Environmental Best Practice in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
In 2017-2018 EASST, in partnership with FIRE AID members Operation Florian, received a grant from the UK Government Conflict Security and Stability Fund (CSSF) to continue work in strengthening the capabilities of the emergency services in Moldova. EASST has also recieved funds from the UK Embassy in Tajikistan and the UK Embassy in Ukraine to deliver FIRE AID projects.
The Fundación Gonzalo Rodríguez is a road safety NGO with a regional focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. As an institutional partner, they share a joint mission with EASST to promote children and adolescents´ safety as road users to reduce the number of deaths and injuries in road traffic crashes.
Shell Kazakhstan and ENI have supported EASST’s work to improve road safety in the West Kazakhstan Region.
iRAP (the International Road Assessment Programme) is the umbrella programme for Road Assessment Programmes (RAPs) worldwide that are working to save lives. EASST and iRAP provide mutual support to create a world free of high-risk roads.
Regionally, EuroRAP aims to reduce death and serious injury through a programme of systematic assessment of risk, identifying the major shortcomings that can be addressed by practical road improvement measures.
