The work of EASST is made possible with the support and partnership of these organisations.

FIA FoundationEASST was established with a grant from the FIA Foundation for the Automobile and Society, a UK-registered charity concerned with global road safety and sustainable mobility.

A charitable grant, awarded by FedEx Express Europe under its social responsibility platform, FedEx Cares, is enabling EASST partners to deliver three separate initiatives, each with a focus on improving children’s road safety in countries where young people face significant daily risk.

Kier GroupKier Group plc is a leading property, residential, construction and services group which operates across a range of sectors including defence, education, housing, industrials, power, transport and utilities. Kier Group have partnered with EASST on a range of projects aimed at reducing waste and donating much needed equipment to EASST’s road safety projects. Kier and EASST were awarded a Green Apple Award for Environmental Best Practice in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

The Safer Roads Foundation has been a core supporter of our Step by Step: Safe Crossings Initiative since 2019. Funding a number of infrastucture projects across the region. Making roads safer for communities.

The Fundación Gonzalo Rodríguez is a road safety NGO with a regional focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. As an institutional partner, they share a joint mission with EASST to promote children and adolescents´ safety as road users to reduce the number of deaths and injuries in road traffic crashes. 

EBRDThe EBRD is the largest financial investor in its region of operations which stretches from central Europe to central Asia and the southern and eastern Mediterranean.

Fire Aid

In addition to being one of the founding members of FIRE AID, EASST works in partnership with FIRE AID and its members to provide donations of fire and rescue aid and training to our EASST partner countries.

Shell Kazakhstan and ENI have supported EASST’s work to improve road safety in the West Kazakhstan Region.

 

Towards Zero Foundation

The Towards Zero Foundation is a UK registered charity working internationally to encourage a world free from road fatalities.

IRAP logo

iRAP (the International Road Assessment Programme) is the umbrella programme for Road Assessment Programmes (RAPs) worldwide that are working to save lives. EASST and iRAP provide mutual support to create a world free of high-risk roads.

Regionally, EuroRAP aims to reduce death and serious injury through a programme of systematic assessment of risk, identifying the major shortcomings that can be addressed by practical road improvement measures.
